Essential Job Functions:

1. Schedule all outside operations staff.
2. Responsible for assisting members and guests in all outside service needs.
3. Train outside operations employees on their duties.
4. Maintain rental set inventory to include: signing them in and out, cleaning them after play, accurately keep an inventory of sets on hand and those in need of repair and replacements.
5. Keep work area neat and orderly, including cart ramps, bag drop, and general area around golf shop and cart barn and maintain work area in a clean, safe and orderly manner.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: None

Skills: Knowledge of golf. Good communication and customer service skills required.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Scheduling, training, and directing outside service personnel.

Equipment to be used: Golf carts, range picker, ball washer, and other equipment essential to the golf operation.

Typical Physical Demands: Position requires the ability to walk, stand, bend, push, pull, kneel, reach, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to endure extreme outdoor temperatures. Normal range of sight and vision required.
