Live Music at the Porch Bar
Settle in at the Porch Bar, located at the Andell Inn, from 5-8pm every Thursday. Local jazz musician, Kat Keturah, will serenade you with her soulful voice as you recline and enjoy the breeze blowing in from the ocean. Sip specialty cocktails from the menu and dabble in some of the tastiest delights on the island. Simply put, this is an experience you won’t soon forget.
Sip and Shop
Stop by J. McLaughlin at 3pm on Friday, April 9th, 2015, and sip your favorite wine while perusing resort wear that will suit any style. 15% of each purchase is donated towards Habitat for Humanity, so youre helping the local community as well as adding another favorite piece to your wardrobe. Wine and Spirits Tastings
Kiawah Wines is holding a wine tasting every Thursday and Friday until April 23rd, 2015 from 4-6pm. The tasting is a free event and will feature specialty wines from the store. It’s a perfect way to sample before stocking up for the weekend, and a beautiful way to spend the afternoon with friends.
Kiawah Spirits will offer spirits tastings on Saturday afternoons from 4-6pm. Again, these are complimentary tastings and the perfect way to sample before committing to a new cocktail. Spirits will vary by week and are available by the bottle.
Toast to Spring
Holly & Brooks is filled with designs crafted by the top designers. Browse through the store on Fridays and Saturdays from 4-8pm and enjoy complimentary champagne. Donald J Pliner, Sam Edelman, Zenzii, and Kooba are just a few of the brands this fabulous store carries. Pick up a pair of shoes and matching handbag before heading downtown to that 4 star restaurant you’ve had your eye on for a while.
