Daily Fitness Activities on Seabrook
While Seabrook Island has plenty one-of-a-kind events happening every week, the SIPOA Lake House also has fitness activities that are scheduled on a more regular basis. If you have never made a trip to the SIPOA Lake House or if it has been a while since your last visit, allow us to introduce you to just a few of the many daily fitness activities on the wellness facility’s calendar.
The SIPOA Lake House has both an indoor and an outdoor pool. The indoor pool features five 25-meter lanes and this is where many scheduled athletic activities take place.
We have several swimming fitness activities available for a variety of skill levels and health goals. The Splashers class on Monday mornings is a great way to jumpstart your week, while the Water Aerobics and Water Fitness classes throughout the week in the mornings and afternoons can help keep you motivated.
Yoga and Pilates
If matwork is more your style, the SIPOA Lake House offers classes in yoga and pilates. To ease into your morning or relax after a day of work, we offer Gentle Yoga and Restorative Yoga. These classes focus on yoga foundations and are great for beginners and those looking to tone muscles. We have other yoga and pilates classes that require more physical exertion.
Toning and Conditioning
For even more conditioning work, SIPOA has plenty of indoor athletic classes. Try out some high intensity interval training (HIIT) on Wednesday mornings, jump into Get Pumped on Thursday, or join Strength and Flexibility on Wednesdays and Fridays.
