Private Event Spaces on Seabrook

If you’re a member of the Seabrook Island community, chances are good that you have attended at least one of our social or dining events (reminder: our Thanksgiving Buffet is tomorrow, November 28th, from 11:30 to 3:30). Did you know that you can also book our indoor and outdoor venues for your own events? Whether you’re organizing a board meeting or an extended family reunion, Seabrook Island has the event spaces to accommodate your needs.

Ocean Terrace

Our Ocean Terrace offers spectacular views of the Atlantic framed by palm trees and beachgrass. This outdoor venue is ideal for wedding ceremonies, cocktail parties, and other outdoor engagements.

Atlantic Ballroom

Planning for a large event? The Atlantic Ballroom can host up to 300 guests. With its enormous windows and veranda, this venue still grants you the sea views like the Ocean Terrace does, but from an indoor location.

Carolina Room

For a more intimate space, take a look at Seabrook’s Carolina Room. It can seat up to 60 guests and it has a built-in bar.

Deveaux Room

The Deveaux Room features a wraparound balcony and 1,000 square feet of space. This venue can seat up to 50 guests for dinner or host 75 for a cocktail hour.

Club Verandas

As a Club member, the Island House is likely a familiar place. The Island House’s many verandas provide beautiful views of Seabrook’s two championship golf courses and the Atlantic. The verandas are ideal for a wedding ceremony or a social gathering.

Cooper Room

Conducting business on Seabrook? The Cooper Room is available for your work or board meetings. This room seats up to 14 people and comes equipped with a conference phone, a projection screen, WiFi, and other amenities.

The Lake House and Oyster Catcher Community Center

If you are a property owner or if you are sponsored by a property owner, you can rent out the rooms in the Lake House and Oyster Catcher Community Center. Reservations and rentals for these venues in particular are handled by the Lake House Manager, who can be reached at 843-725-1581.
