Spending this Fourth of July with the Seabrook Island community? Make sure to mark your calendars for our safe and socially-distant festivities this year! While our famous fireworks have been canceled this year, we will still be hosting plenty of other events that are fun for you and your family. This year’s events have been planned with COVID-19 in mind because keeping our community healthy and safe is our priority! With that being said, get ready for an exciting drive-by Fourth of July Parade, Mailbox Decorating Contest, and a day on our pristine South Carolina beaches!

Fourth of July Parade

Enjoy a spirited Seabrook Fourth of July Parade from the comfort of your own home! This year’s parade will drive through the Seabrook Island Road Loop so that Seabrook community members and guests can experience the celebration from their driveways. If you plan to engage in your own festivities the evening of the 4th, please note that the use of fireworks is prohibited on Seabrook Island.

We ask that Seabrookers please refrain from bicycling during this time, for the safety of the riders and others. Residential displays of festivity are more than welcome, so bring out your best red, white, and blue attire to celebrate!

The Seabrook Island Garden Club will be judging mailboxes on July 2, 2020, and the first 30 addresses will be eligible for the Most Patriotic Mailbox Blue Ribbon Award. This friendly competition is the perfect opportunity to show off your creativity and Patriotic spirit!

A Perfect Day on Beautiful South Carolina Beaches

Our beautiful, pristine beaches are the perfect place to spend Independence Day with your loved ones. With over 3.5 miles of luxuriously soft sand and a beautiful panoramic waterscape to enjoy, we can’t wait for you to join us soaking up the Lowcountry sunshine. The Seabrook Island Beach Club pools will also be open from 9:00 am – 8:00 pm, with a closure from 2 pm – 3 pm for cleaning and sanitizing. While you and your guests enjoy our oceanfront, resort-style pools please remember to abide by social distancing guidelines. And, be sure to stock up with any poolside essentials from the Seabrook Shoppe! While you are on the island, check out the Seabrook Island Equestrian Center for a trail or beach ride, join us for a game in the Racquet Club or hit some balls on the Seabrook Island Golf courses!
