MGA & SILGA Superintendent’s Revenge Golf Tournament

Posted 07/15/2019

Who doesn’t love a little healthy competition now and again? Given Seabrook Island’s involvement in golf, racquet, and equestrian sports, we know a thing or two about playing for the love of the game and enjoying the company of others who push us to become better athletes. In Seabrook Island’s golf realm, the Men’s Golf Association (MGA) and Seabrook Island Ladies’ Golf Association (SILGA) will be participating in just the sort of friendly competition that makes the game more interesting – the annual Superintendent’s Revenge tournament!

How well do you know our Ocean Winds golf course? On July 27th from 9 am to 2:30 pm, Seabrook Island Golf will be hosting the Superintendent’s Revenge tournament on Ocean Winds. This is an individual tournament, so participants will have the opportunity to put their skills to the test.

The team of golf professionals and Seabrook’s Director of Golf Course Maintenance, Sean Hardwick, will be making the course even more challenging. Think you have Ocean Winds mastered? Join the tournament and find out!

After gameplay, lunch will be served and prizes will be awarded. If you’ve had your eye on something from the Club’s golf shop, you may just win yourself some credits to purchase it! You won’t want to miss out on this opportunity to spend a day on the green.

This annual event provides an opportunity for Seabrook locals to get out and socialize with one another. While we all enjoy the challenge of athletic competition, this event is really about bringing the community together. Reconnect with old friends and meet new ones, all in the inviting atmosphere of our Ocean Winds golf course.
