After retiring from CHANEL in April of 2023, following a 30-year career in luxury sales and management, my husband and I made the move to Seabrook Island. His parents have called Seabrook home for 25 years, and we wanted to be closer to them while embracing the coastal lifestyle. Real estate has always been a passion of mine, and I knew that one day I would take the leap to become an agent.

Living on Seabrook Island has been an absolute gift. The breathtaking landscape, abundant wildlife, and incredible sense of community have made us feel so welcome. I’m thrilled to share everything that makes Seabrook so special with my clients, offering them insight from firsthand experience. Seabrook is more than just a beach destination—it’s a place that fosters a true sense of belonging. Life here feels like a permanent vacation, with endless opportunities to enjoy the beauty of the Lowcountry.

For those visiting or considering making Seabrook their home, I always recommend experiencing three key highlights. First, the pristine beach is a marvel no matter the time of day. The natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere make it one of Seabrook’s most treasured spots. Second, an afternoon at the Pelican’s Nest is a must—offering a delicious meal with unparalleled oceanfront views. And finally, for those looking to stay active, the Lakehouse provides fantastic fitness amenities, from workouts to community events.

When helping clients find their perfect home on Seabrook, I encourage them to take in all that the island has to offer. From its natural beauty to its recreational opportunities, Seabrook is a truly special place. The combination of a stunning beach, the charm of the Lowcountry landscape, and a strong sense of community sets it apart from other coastal destinations.

Outside of work, I stay active and involved in the community. You’ll often find me playing tennis at the racquet club, spending time on our boat, collecting shells along the shore, or working out at the Lakehouse. My husband and I also adore our three English Bulldog rescues—Lily, Poppy, and Posey—who bring so much joy to our lives.

When it comes to dining, some of our favorite spots include The Pelican’s Nest at the Club, The Wild Olive, and SouthBound. As for favorite movies, *Out of Africa* holds a special place in my heart. And when the holidays come around, Christmas and the Fourth of July on Seabrook are two of my favorites—both filled with festive traditions and community celebrations.

Seabrook Island is more than just a place to live; it’s a way of life. I feel incredibly fortunate to call it home and to help others find their perfect place here as well.

"We had an amazing experience working with Lisa to purchase our second home on Seabrook Island. From the very beginning, she impressed us with her professionalism, flexibility, and deep knowledge of the community. We initially emailed her at the last minute to request a few showings for the very next day, a Sunday, because we were leaving town. She didn’t hesitate to make herself available, and we were able to see several homes before we left. That responsiveness set the tone for the rest of our experience.

Since we couldn’t always be there in person, she went above and beyond by doing virtual tours for us and making sure we never missed a detail. When inspection issues came up, she handled all of the necessary work and coordination seamlessly, keeping us informed every step of the way. She was always available to answer our many questions, and if she didn’t have an immediate answer, she made sure to find one quickly.

Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly set her apart, she even went so far as to pay my ticket for rolling through a stop sign! That small act says everything about her character and how much she genuinely cares about her clients.

We can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell on Seabrook Island. She made the process enjoyable and stress-free, from start to finish!"
