Born and raised in Syracuse, New York, Nikolas brings a new and fresh perspective to the Realtor profession. As a 12-year Veteran of the United States Army, Nikolas discovered his passion for Coastal Living while stationed on Oahu, Hawai’i. While working at The United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases in Frederick, Maryland, Nikolas attended George Washington University. Although he loved living near our Nation’s Capital, the ocean continued to call his name.
The charm, history, and pristine beaches of Charleston, South Carolina led Nikolas and his family to take a leap of faith and relocate, sight unseen, in January 2020. The people, pace, and culture were an immediate fit. With the addition of their one-year-old chocolate Lab mix, Kona, which they rescued from Charleston Animal Society in February, they have made the Holy City their home.
As a newer resident of the Charleston area himself, Nikolas is constantly searching for new dining options, local events, and hidden coffee shops to get lost in. Meticulous attention to detail and his use of social media keep Nikolas in the know of all things Charleston. When not at work, you can find him fishing, golfing, or with his family walking one of the many beaches our region has to offer. Nikolas’ love for the area continues to grow daily. With that passion comes his desire to help others find their perfect home and make their dream of Lowcountry Living a reality.
