After investing the past 20 years to develop his national and international career in luxury real estate sales and marketing, Morgan Eldridge is thrilled to be part of the Seabrook Island Real Estate family. Now, the focus for the rest of his career is helping clients from all over buy and sell real estate in the Lowcountry, playing golf, relaxing on the beach, eating great food, drinking great wine, and loving life here on Seabrook Island.

Meet Morgan Eldridge, Seabrook Real Estate Agent
Over the past three decades, Morgan has successfully directed sales and marketing activities for some of the nation’s most respected developers. Through his stewardship, these companies and communities have generated more than $5 billion in real estate sales and tens of thousands of client contacts. However, he feels that the most lasting achievements are the memories and experiences that he’s had a hand in creating for luxury destination-community home buyers and families across the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe.
Closer to home, as the marketing executive for coastal communities including Kiawah Island, the Village at Wild Dunes, Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach, and Tidalwalk in Wilmington, North Carolina, Morgan has had the opportunity to cultivate the brands and craft the messages that have attracted thousands of families to our Lowcountry lifestyle. And he’s enjoyed every minute of it. After all, who doesn’t love the beach?
Why Morgan Joined the Seabrook Island Real Estate Team
During his travels around the country, Morgan fell in love with the Carolina coast, especially the Charleston area. He has lived and breathed the Holy City since 2005, less a couple of years spent out on the road, and is ecstatic to be back!
In his sixteen years living here, Morgan has experienced the Lowcountry to its fullest, gaining intimate knowledge of Seabrook and Kiawah Islands, Isle of Palms, Charleston, Johns and James Islands, West Ashley, and Mount Pleasant.
“Given my long love affair with Charleston and the barrier islands, when the opportunity to join the Seabrook Island Real Estate team became a possibility, I jumped at the chance,” Morgan says. “Being able to see the look of excitement in my client’s eyes when they first arrive at Seabrook and the bounce in their step after purchasing the Lowcountry home of their dreams is an absolute reward.”
When asked what the best part of his job is, Morgan replied, “The relationships—with my fellow agents and teammates, residents of the Seabrook Island community, and clients who would like to make greater Charleston their home.”

“Having worked for years on Kiawah and Isle of Palms, Seabrook is the perfect combination of nature, vacation, and a life well earned. There is just the right amount of everything for all owners and visitors to experience but not so much as to risk spoiling it,” he says.
“We’re not overrun with tourists. There are no traffic jams. There is just the right balance of quiet and community. Everyone that lives on, or visits, Seabrook quickly understands just how special a place that we all have here.
From a quick bite and cocktail at the Pelican’s Nest to a walk on the beach or bike ride with family and friends to a quiet afternoon on your back porch listening to the birds in the trees, every experience is just the exact measure of perfection.”
A Perfect Day on Seabrook?
Morgan’s perfect day consists of rising early for a quick stretch and a bite to eat before heading to the nearest beach access for a walk along the ocean. Then, after enjoying a round of golf or a tennis match with friends, Morgan prefers to sip a cocktail at the Pelican’s Nest beside the sea.
Our region is too beautiful not to share, so Morgan always enjoys closing out the day with food, music, and laughter shared by family and friends from the island. Top the night off with a chat and nightcap on the back deck and you have Morgan’s perfect day in the Lowcountry (now, get up and do it again)!
Fun Facts About Morgan
1) Morgan prefers to observe Seabrook’s natural beauty from the water. Especially for first-time guests on the Island, he suggests renting a kayak or paddleboard to explore the Kiawah River—and hopefully catch a glimpse of the spectacular pods of our dolphin neighbors.
2) Morgan loves to go down to North Adgers Wharf downtown Charleston every July 4 and get a spot on the bulkhead to watch the fireworks after dusk. He says it’s truly magical.
3) Despite being an early riser, Morgan prefers to catch a vibrant sunset on Pelican Beach.
4) Morgan prefers to have dinner at the Pelican’s Nest with fellow members and friends. He says nothing beats the laughter and shared camaraderie.
5) Morgan’s favorite amenities, available to Seabrook Island Club members and their guests, include the Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks golf courses, the tennis courts at the Racquet Club, and beach rides at the Equestrian Center.
