Lisa McDaniel has recently been hired as one of our Sales Executives at Seabrook Island Real Estate. We met with her to get coffee and get to know her better. Here’s what we found out!

Hometown: Williamsburg, Virginia

What brought you to Seabrook?

I retired from CHANEL in April of 2023 with 30 years of luxury sales and management experience. My husband and I had fallen in love with Seabrook, as his parents have been living here for 25 years. We moved to be near them and are so enchanted with the island!

What do you love about living on Seabrook Island?

Living on Seabrook for the past several years has been an absolute gift. The beautiful wildlife and landscape are awe-inspiring and resounding sense of community has made me feel so welcome. I’m looking forward to sharing with my clients everything the island has to offer.

What are your three must-see experiences on Seabrook?

First and foremost, the pristine beach. The coastline is truly unmatched. It’s just you and the water! Secondly, I would recommend lunch at the Pelican’s Nest for a delicious meal, and then a workout at the Lake House. The amenities here are truly resort-like.

What’s your favorite Lowcountry restaurant?

We love the Pelican’s Nest at the Club, Wild Olive, and Southbound.
