The Deveaux Room has a wraparound balcony with breathtaking sunset views of the ocean. At just over 1,000 square feet, the Deveaux Room can seat up to 40 guests for dinner or host 60 guests for a cocktail party.
The Island House features 30,000 square feet of beautiful architecture just steps from the water’s edge and two championship golf courses. Its many verandas afford unparalleled views and are unique event spaces for your wedding ceremony, golf outing or social gathering.
The Cooper Room is a traditional board meeting room which can comfortably seat up to 14 people. Conference phone, projection screen and multiple electrical outlets and wi-fi are available at all times. Coffee breaks can be tailored to your individual needs.
Rooms in The Lake House and Oyster Catcher Community Center may be rented for private events by property owners or guests sponsored by a property owner. All room reservations and rentals are managed by the Lake House Manager. For inquiries on room rental, please call (843) 725-1581.
