Ocean Terrace

The Ocean Terrace, perfect for wedding ceremonies, cocktail parties and other outdoor events, is the closest you can get to the water without putting your feet in the sand. The adjacent beach cottage is perfect for welcoming your guests to this special venue.

Atlantic Ballroom

The Atlantic Ballroom, at 6,000 square feet, has ocean views and opens onto a gracious wrap-around veranda.

Carolina Room

The Carolina Room, at 1,400 square feet, is the perfect setting for a cocktail hour, as an intimate event space or as a pre-function space to the ballroom. This space can seat up to 50 guests for dinner and features a built-in bar and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Deveaux Room

The Deveaux Room has a wraparound balcony with breathtaking sunset views of the ocean. At just over 1,000 square feet, the Deveaux Room can seat up to 50 guests for dinner or host 75 guests for a cocktail party.

Club Verandas

The Island House features 30,000 square feet of beautiful architecture just steps from the water’s edge and two championship golf courses. Its many verandas afford unparalleled views and are unique event spaces for your wedding ceremony, golf outing or social gathering.

Cooper Room

The Cooper Room is a traditional board meeting room which can comfortably seat up to 14 people. Conference phone, projection screen and multiple electrical outlets and wi-fi are available at all times. Coffee breaks can be tailored to your individual needs.

The Lake House and Oyster Catcher Community Center

Rooms in The Lake House and Oyster Catcher Community Center may be rented for private events by property owners or guests sponsored by a property owner. All room reservations and rentals are managed by the Lake House Manager. For inquiries on room rental, please call (843) 725-1581.
