Seabrook Island is the perfect place to have your wedding.  With its gorgeous views, private indoor and outdoor settings, and delicious catering, you and your guests are guaranteed to enjoy one of the finest experiences offered in the low country.  Staff is on hand to ensure that your needs are met throughout the event, and the exquisite charm of Seabrook Island is perfect for a small quaint gathering or for a full formal gourmet dinner for 200.  In order to secure your date, a venue fee payment is required in full.  The venue fee applies to all events, including the wedding, reception, and cocktail hour.  The fee includes four hours, not including setup and break down, and includes all linens, glassware, china, tables, serving equipment, and in-house event coordination.

Everything you need for a perfect wedding may be found on-site.  Please note, no outside food or beverages may be brought into the Seabrook venues.  Southern Cuisine, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, chilled seafood displays, and attended stations are just a sample of the delightful offerings from our award winning chefs that you may choose for your guests.  Menu tastings are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays with at least a three week lead time.  Samplings from the regular menu in the restaurant are also available Wednesday through Saturday and include a discount on the rates. Seabrook makes the day of your event convenient as well as tasty.  Boxed lunches are available for the wedding party, and you may also order snack platters to place in the hospitality room.  Rates for boxed lunches range from $16-$24, and a light salad or fruit addition may be included for an additional $3.75.  Bottled water is included, with a minimum order of at least 12.  Snack platters are priced per person, and include fruit skewers with dip, tortilla chips with salsa/potato chips and dip, or a collection of freshly baked cookies and brownies.  Treat your wedding party to a breakfast buffet the next morning (minimum of 25) for as little as $16.50 per person.  Omelet and waffle/pancake stations may be added for an additional $10.50.

Dessert stations can be added for your reception and/or your breakfast the next day for approximately $10 per person, depending on your choice of sweet selections.  Choose the Viennese Table, with eclairs, profiteroles, Opera Gateaus, and fresh fruit tartlets.  The Summer Sun offers macaroons, lemon bars, key lime tartlets, and strawberry shortcakes.  The Fall Bliss contains pumpkin whoopie pies, pecan diamonds, and dutch apple tartlets, along with other autumn flavors.  Indulge your guests with chocolaty goodness such as white chocolate grand marnier cupcakes, white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, milk chocolate caramel truffles, and fudge brownies.  Lastly, awaken your taste buds to the flavors of Southern Charm with banana pudding, red velvet cupcakes, maple walnut fudge, and peach cobbler.

Wedding cakes from the bakery are made with the finest ingredients and beautifully arranged for your perfect day.  Cake flavors, such as white/vanilla, butter pound cake, red velvet, carrot, devil’s food, almond, lemon chiffon or cappuccino, are available for $7 per person.  Buttercream icings are available, or you may choose from one of our other homemade specialty fillings or jams.  Coconut custard, pastry cream, chocolate ganache, German chocolate are a few of the most popular fillings, while strawberry preserves and lemon curd are also favorites.  Other options are available, so please make sure to arrange a tasting to find the perfect match for your palate.  Additional accouterments and specialized decorations may incur an additional fee.  The minimum rate for a wedding cake is $300.

A bar service may be added to any of your events, and you may choose from several packages.  The Deluxe Package includes Grey Goose or Kettle One Vodka, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Chivas Regal Scotch, Maker’s Mark, Knob Creek, Mount Gay Rum, Patron Tequila, Gran Marnier, Disaraonno Amaretto for $29 the first hour and $14.50 for the following hours.  Other packages range from $13-$22 for the first hour to $9-$11 the following hours, and may include beer and wine selections, or you can choose different liquor brands.  A champagne toast may be made for just $6 per person for house sparkling wine, or you may choose a higher premium champagne for a higher rate.  Ice sculptures are also available starting at $350.
