Seabrook Island Beach Club

Welcome to Premier Lowcountry Living

Owned and operated by our members, The Seabrook Island Club exists to enrich the lives of residents and guests by providing social, recreational, dining, and entertainment activities of exceptional value. Based on member feedback and industry trends, the Club decided in 2019 to take Seabrook’s world-class amenities to the next level with the New Horizons Plan. This $10 million capital improvement project focused on strategic enhancements to four core amenities, exemplifying the commitment of our community to continually be a wonderful place to live, work, and play.

Oceanfront Pool at the Beach Club

After nearly forty years in service, the New Horizons Project presented the perfect opportunity to revamp one of the Beach Club’s pillar amenities. With an environmentally conscious design in place, the Beach Club pool was transformed from a dated complex to an unparalleled, oceanfront destination. With these enhancements completed, it’s clear why members and guests alike choose the Beach Club as the ultimate summer vacation spot.

Ocean Winds Golf Course

After recognizing the need to keep up with changing industry standards, the Seabrook Island Club procured Rees Jones, by far one of the best-known names in the golf industry, to breathe new life into Ocean Winds. Among the most significant changes made to the award-winning golf course were the renovations to the bunkers, which vastly improved the playability and accessibility, in conjunction with increased yardage.

The Pelican’s Nest

At the helm of the Seabrook Island Beach Club, the Pelican’s Nest restaurant offers casual dining with stunning oceanfront views. Naturally, the dolphin sightings and vibrant sunsets that frequently grace this venue have made it increasingly popular. To better accommodate our guests and staff, the full-service bar and grill now features a more spacious layout, seamlessly integrating the indoor and outdoor dining spaces for panoramic views.

The Island House

The New Horizons Project brought re-imagined dining spaces to Seabrook’s main clubhouse, the Island House. The interior dining spaces, including Bohicket’s Lounge, the Palmetto Room, and the Ashley Room, have not only received a dramatic change in appearance but also how they function and serve members. The ambiance has been adapted to embrace a more casual feel with a relaxed dress code to match the Lowcountry lifestyle.
