Meet Amanda Benepe, Seabrook Island Real Estate Agent

Seabrook Island Real Estate Agent Amanda Benepe

From a young age, Amanda Benepe, Seabrook Island real estate agent, developed an appreciation for all things real estate and architecture — specifically historic and waterfront homes. This appreciation came full circle when Amanda joined the Seabrook Island Real Estate team and began working in a city that is no stranger to historical significance and unique architecture.

From the beaches to the marsh to the abundant activities and ways to get involved on Seabrook Island, Amanda claims that there’s no other place that compares — especially not with such a beautiful setting. However, the sense of community on the island is what Amanda believes is most unique about Seabrook.

Why Amanda Joined the Seabrook Island Real Estate Team

With over 15 years of customer service experience, Amanda recognizes the importance of identifying client’s goals to help them achieve their desired outcome — putting exemplary customer service at the forefront of her work. Amanda chose to work with Seabrook Island Real Estate when she observed the team’s level of commitment to every client.

Working with the Seabrook Island Real Estate team, Amanda has the opportunity to provide an exceptional experience throughout the real estate transaction. She describes her team as high-level professionals who take every measure to ensure that each client has nothing less than an exceptional experience.

How Amanda Finds Inspiration on Seabrook Island

Amanda finds inspiration in the Island’s beauty: from the wildlife to the beaches, and driving down the streets canopied by live oaks with Spanish moss swaying in the breeze. Residing in a community that feels like your personal slice of heaven is an experience that Amanda loves sharing with her clients.

One of her favorite spots is Jenkins Point, where she first spotted the Roseate Spoonbills. This location is also one of her favorites to observe an abundance of wildlife within the lagoon and marshes.

Amanda’s Favorite Hidden Gem of Seabrook Island

Amanda’s top Seabrook Island essential is the breach inlet, specifically at low tide. She claims that there’s nothing more special than watching the bottlenose dolphins enjoying the water. Currently, many calves are learning to fish with their mothers — a remarkable sight to experience.

Another Seabrook Island bucket list item is experiencing the Island on horseback, she claims. Seabrook’s Equestrian Center offers an array of options for members and their guests to authentically experience the Island.

Amanda’s Perfect Day

Amanda’s perfect day begins with a cup of cold brew from the island’s Osprey Café and a morning stroll down North Beach — specifically at low tide so that she has optimal visibility of the wildlife swimming through the breach inlet. During the afternoon, Amanda would play a round of golf or tennis with friends and head to an early dinner in Freshfields Village at FortyEight Wine Bar. To finish out the day, Amanda would catch the sunset at Pelican Beach where the ocean meets the river.

When she isn’t in the office, she’s still hanging out at her favorite spots on the island — anywhere near the water searching for dolphins and sand dollars or kayaking.

At the Core of Amanda’s Character

Delivering excellent customer service is the number one priority for Amanda when selling island homes. She loves the lasting relationships that she is able to build with clients and their families, far beyond the real estate transaction.

With years of experience in customer service as well as an appreciation for history and architecture, Amanda is ecstatic to share the beauty of Seabrook with you! She values trust and strives to make every client feel like family, and looks forward to the laughter and memories made while finding you the perfect island home!
