Joy hails from the New York City/New Jersey region, but it took only one visit to Charleston and the Lowcountry years back for her to choose this area as where she would ultimately plant roots.

She brings extensive marketing and management experience from a distinguished 30-year career that included executive roles in sports marketing & entertainment at the National Basketball Association and leadership positions at some of the nation’s most prestigious higher education institutions, including Cornell University. Joy holds an MBA from New York University.

Her business acumen, real estate market proficiency, and keen negotiation capabilities will benefit buyers and sellers alike. She prides herself on providing an exceptional, high-touch experience to all her clients.
