Seabrook Island is a carefully designed community that offers a diverse collection of styles including homes, townhomes, cottages and villas. Many property sites have golf, water and marsh views, as well as those with luxurious oceanfront views.

Among Seabrook Island’s 2,600 residential properties, there are many charming “communities within the community.” These regime-managed communities include three building styles. Villas: units are located on more than one floor, like a condominium. Cottages: similar “stand-alone” structures not sharing any common walls, essentially smaller type homes, which provide the privacy of a detached home with the convenience of managed care. Townhomes: multi-floor units, usually two or three floors, which share a common wall on one or both sides. Homes refer to single family residences not within a separate regime-managed community.
