The Lake House
Seabrook Island also boasts the SIPOA Lake House, which serves as the health and wellness 27,500 sq. ft. hub of the community. If you’re interested in a morning swim, the house offers a 25-yard, 5-lane indoor and out pool with a large deck space for activities and sunbathing. The facility also includes a workout area fit for personal training sessions or group classes such as yoga, pilates, and aerobics.
