Rides on the beach are offered to beginner riders, as well as advanced. If the salt water and sand aren’t necessarily your niche, you can take still get your equestrian fix by taking a stroll on the various trails that feature scenic views by the marsh, woods, and tidal creeks. The island’s racquet club is also known for Pickleball, which offers the perfect family bonding experience as it is offered to all players at any age or skill level. The Lake House
Seabrook Island also boasts the SIPOA Lake House, which serves as the health and wellness 27,500 sq. ft. hub of the community. If you’re interested in a morning swim, the house offers a 25-yard, 5-lane indoor and out pool with a large deck space for activities and sunbathing. The facility also includes a workout area fit for personal training sessions or group classes such as yoga, pilates, and aerobics.

Take a break from exploring the beach and beating your family members at pickleball to visit Freshfields Village for some shopping and local cuisine. Not only does Freshfields provide boutiques and bites for all ages, but you can also find concerts, farmers markets, and other various activities on their event calendar.
Seabrook Island is Charleston's Truly Private Oceanfront Community. Membership in the Seabrook Island Club is required for ownership. Amenity use is for Members and their Guests Only. The Lakehouse is for use by Property Owners and their Guests as well.
